How to Make Marbled Orange Fudge
Yields: 50 fudges

Ingredients needed to make Marbled Orange Fudge:
- ¾ cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 jar (7 oz) marshmallow crème
- 3 cups granulated sugar
- ¾ cup unsalted butter
- 1 package (12 oz) vanilla chips
- 3 tsp orange extract
- 5 drops red food colouring
- 12 drops yellow food colouring
Cooking instructions for Marbled Orange Fudge:
- Grease the sides and base of a 13’’x9’’ baking dish with a small knob of butter and set aside.
- Empty the cups of sugar into a heavy-based saucepan and stir in rest of the butter as well as cream until well combined.
- Heat the mixture over low flame, while stirring continuously until the sugar dissolves completely.
- Increase the heat to high and bring it to a boil.
- Reduce it to a simmer and continue to do so for about 4 minutes, while stirring it all the time.
- Turn off the heat and whisk in the marshmallow crème until well combined into a smooth mixture.
- Fold in the vanilla chips until they are distributed evenly throughout the mixture and set a cup of its aside.
- Stir in a splash of orange extract and food colourings to rest of the mixture in the pan until they blend thoroughly.
- Tip it into the buttered dish and spread it evenly across the dish with a spatula.
- Add small dollops of the reserved cream mixture onto it and swirl it around the coloured mixture with the help of a knife.
- Place a lid on top and leave in the fridge until it turns firm.
- Invert it onto a chopping board and chop it into small squares.
- Serve and have fun!
