How to Bake Monkey Bread

Ingredients needed to make Monkey Bread:
- 3 cans buttermilk biscuits, non-flaky
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 sticks unsalted butter
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
Cooking instructions for Monkey Bread:
- Warm up your oven to 350 degrees F.
- Break the biscuits into quarters and set aside until required.
- Empty a cup of white sugar into a large resealable plastic pouch or Ziploc bag and sprinkle a dash of ground cinnamon into it; shake well until they are mixed thoroughly.
- Stuff the quartered biscuits into the bag, seal and shake it vigorously until they are well coated with cinnamon-sugar mixture.
- Scatter the sugar-coated biscuits evenly across a bundt cake pan.
- Toss a couple of sticks butter into a saucepan and heat over moderately high flame until it just melts.
- Add the brown sugar and cook, while stirring often, for several minutes until the sugar dissolves and blend thoroughly with the melted butter to form a uniform mixture.
- Drizzle it over the biscuits until they are completely bathed in the mixture and place the pan in the oven.
- Bake the monkey bread for about half an hour or until the surface turn dark brown in colour.
- Take it out of the oven and set aside on a wire rack for about another half an hour to cool slightly.
- Slice and serve warm.
