How to Cook Pork Tenderloin with Peach BBQ Sauce

Ingredients needed to make Pork Tenderloin with  Peach BBQ sauce:

For the pork tenderloin:

  • 2 pork tenderloin, cleaned
  • 1 tbsp hickory BBQ seasoning blend
  • 2 cups virgin Bloody Mary blend
  • ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tsp hot sauce
  • 1 ½ cups peach nectar
  • 2 ½ cups frozen peaches
  • Freshly cracked black pepper

For serving:

  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley leaves, chopped
  • 2 fresh peaches, sliced

Cooking instructions for Pork Tenderloin with BBQ Peach Sauce:

  • Warm up your oven to 375 degrees F,
  • Grease a large ovenproof dish with a lashing of oil or nonstick cooking spray.
  • Run the BBQ seasoning blend all over the meat and place them on the warm skillet.
  • Brown each for several minutes over moderate heat, until it is seared evenly on all sides.
  • Transfer it onto a platter and pour in the Bloody Mary blend into the same skillet.
  • Pour in the peach nectar, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce and a dash of hot sauce into it.
  • Throw in the chopped peaches and sprinkle the garlic powder as well as brown sugar over them.
  • Stir them all together and simmer the mixture for 10 minutes over moderate flame.
  • Turn off the heat and return the browned meat into the skillet.
  • Spoon some of the sauce over it and place it into the hot oven.
  • Cook the meat until its temperature rises to 155 degrees F, as indicated by instant-read thermometer.
  • Take the skillet out of the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes or until the meat is cool enough to handle.
  • Carve out semi-thick slices and arrange them onto serving plates.
  • Drizzle some of the sauce over them and arrange the peach slices on top.
  • Sprinkle the chopped parsley over them and serve warm.
