Ingredients needed to make Banana Croissant Pudding:
- 2 ripe bananas, sliced into ½’’ thick rounds

- 1/2 cup Nutella spread
- 4 eggs. Beaten
- 1 tbsp butter
- ¼ cup sugar
- ½ cup cream
- ½ cup milk
Cooking instructions for Banana Croissant Pudding:
- Position a rack midway within the oven and warm it up to 350 degrees F.
- Grease an 8’’x8’’ baking pan with small amount of butter and keep it aside until required.
- Slice each croissant longitudinally and place half of them, in a single layer, across the base of the prepared dish.
- Top it up with a layer of banana slices and spread a dollop of nutella across the bananas.
- Empty the cups of milk as well as cream into a bowl and pour in the beaten eggs.
- Add the sugar into it and whisk them thoroughly until well combined.
- Drizzle half of it on top of the nutella layer and arrange rest of the croissant over it.
- Smother them with rest of the milk-egg mixture and set aside for an hour or overnight, if possible, to allow the croissant to soak in the liquid.
- Place the dish on the hot oven rack and bake at the preheated temperature for about half an hour or until the egg solidifies and the surface puffs up.
- Remove from oven and set aside for about 15 minutes to cool to some extent.
- Serve right away.
