About the McDonald’s Arch Deluxe

The Arch Deluxe consisted of a quarter pound of beef, a sesame-seed bun, peppered bacon, lettuce, tomato, American cheese, onions, ketchup, and a secret  sauce of mustard and mayonnaise.

It was a rather good burger, mostly due to the seasoning and sauce and the peppered bacon.

This recipe approximates the Arch Deluxe as a copycat recipe.

If  you can’t find peppered bacon for this recipe, Make your Arch Deluxe with regular bacon.

You can substitute Dijon mustard for the peppered mustard.

Serve with the lettuce chopped or in whole pieces. Whatever you prefer!
