Cooking instructions for sausage rolls:

Add the dry ingredients of the breading in a large mixing bowl and combine them into a uniform mixture.
Add a dollop of butter and continue to stir until it is distributed uniformly throughout the mixture.
Pour the milk in a continuous stream while stirring the mixture and add some water if the dough gets too sticky.
Dust your kitchen counter with small amount of flour and knead the mixture into a smooth, pliable dough; divide it into 3 equal parts and set aside.
Meanwhile, warm up your oven to 425 degrees F.
Add all the ingredients of the filling into a large bowl and stir them well into an even mixture.
Roll each part of the dough into a evenly flattened log, about 13’’ long and 4’’ wide.
Place the filling longitudinally, along the centre of the dough and wrap the edges around it, sealing the open ends with milk or water.
Roll the log cut it into 6 equal slices with a sharp knife.
Whisk the ingredients of the topping together and brush it on every sausage roll.
Make the rest of the sausage rolls in a similar fashion and arrange the slices in a pre-greased baking pan.
Bake the rolls in the oven at preheated temperature for about 15-20 minutes or until they attain a nice golden brown colour and the meat is cooked through.
Serve hot with your favourite dipping.
