Cooking instructions for Pan Fried Paprika Chicken:
- Place the chicken breasts, side by side, on your working surface and place a cling film over them.
- Flatten them out by beating gently with a meat mallet or rolling pin, until they are about a cm thick.
- Add all the ingredients for the marinade into a bowl and whisk them together until properly blended.
- Peel off the cling film and transfer the chicken breasts onto a flat plate.
- Drizzle the marinade over them and flip them over a number of times to coat the either side with the blend.
- Sprinkle the salt and black pepper over the chicken to season and set them aside to marinate.
- Place a large frying pan or skillet on the gas oven and wait until it turns hot.
- Drizzle small amount of oil in it and place the chicken breasts on it, side by side.
- Fry them for a couple of minutes at one side, until it is just cooked and flip it over to cool the other side in a similar fashion; nip the side of the meat to check the doneness of the flesh.
- Wipe out any excess grease on the skillet with a kitchen towel while the meat is still present on it.
- Tip rest of the marinade into the cream and whisk them together until well combined.
- Pour the mixture around the chicken and heat the mixture until it begins to bubble and thicken slightly.
- Toss both kinds of rice together and set aside.
- Spread the baby spinach leaves across the serving plates and make a bed of mixed rice over it.
- Place a chicken breast on each bed of rice and spoon the cream sauce over it.
- Serve right away and enjoy!
